You just need to add custom selectors: http://leecher.freddy.lt/faq.php?expand=faq206

Go to "WEBSITES" -> select that website -> "Selectors" tab -> add these selectors:

Subject:
Code:
h1.watch-title-container


Message:
Code:
div.yt-user-info


Subject with URL:
Code:
h3.yt-lockup-title


And add this replacement for that website:

Search for:
Code:
(?s)(.+)


Replace with:
Code:
<postSubject>\n$0\n<postUrl>


Enable regex search.

You need to add your search page in "Pages" tab.

For example:

As I mentioned you need to add that URL in "WEBSITES" -> select that website -> "Pages" tab (not in "MESSAGES" tab).

In "MESSAGES" tab it's leeching by message URL. You need to enter specific youtube video URL if you want to leech specific message.
