You just need to add custom selectors: http://leecher.freddy.lt/faq.php?expand=faq206

Go to "WEBSITES" -> select that website -> "Selectors" tab -> add these selectors:

Subject:
Code:
h1


Message:
Code:
section.articlebody


Subject with URL selector seems to depend on that category you want to leech since they display stuff differently on each category, for example for this: http://www.msn.com/ar-eg/entertainment, this selector would work:

li.headlines


You will need different selector for other categories probably. You can find it in HTML source as explained in FAQ.

Make sure you added correct message selector:
